The holy grail, the Somerset mecca, the sprawling fields of Glastonbury festival are the perfect spot for a wedding ceremony or vow renewal don't you think? Approximately 210,000 people will endure a long coach journey, pilgrimage from the car park with a slab of beer and some cereal bars, pitch the tent, and don the sequins, I'm sure there must be some of you who want to do something extra special whilst you are at the greatest festival on earth? That's where I come in..... fancy eloping, a wedding ceremony blessing under the stars or a vow renewal?
I was pretty sure the Glasto gods were not in my favour this year, but low and behold it was meant to be. I can take no credit, my constant refreshing got me nowhere. Thankfully my gorgeous friend had magic fingers the morning of resale and we were in luck. Where did my mind go when I got tickets? I'll tell you where it went almost instantly, a millisecond after I starting thinking about outfits, marry someone. The little voice in my head got so loud I thought I had to put it out into the universe and see what happens.
As it is short notice and there would be quite a few logistical hoops to jump through I am offering this service at a really slashed rate. Selfishlessly it would mean I am getting to tick off something on my 2024 bingo card, so it would be a win/win situation.....

You could be there as a couple, but also with loads of your mates and want to show commitment to one another with a blessing or a promise ceremony.
There are so many wonderful places we can do something magical. The stone circle would be a gorgeous spot, or at the top of the hill behind park stage, right in front of the Glastonbury sign. The site is vast and each year new and wonderful things are popping up, so you may decide we amble around for an hour and find somewhere that looks perfect, for that moment in time.
Whether it is your first time or 20th time at glastonbury, one sure fire way to make it extra special is to get me involved.

I will write a personal ceremony and really get to know the both of you. The one thing I can't do is the legals (but that is just signing a piece of paper at the registry office). What I can do is create a bespoke ceremony that totally encapsulates you as a couple.
Don't worry we will make sure we are as far away from the long drops as possible. And in all honesty, wedding or not, I can't guarantee how clean and fresh smelling I will be…. Especially if it's Sunday!
One last thing.... can I wear my cowboy boots?
